We can't fault All Pest! These guys are our saviour! We now have them on speed dial! Over the years, they have treated our properties for general pest sprays, as well as for very specific and specialised issues such as a flea infestation, through to a recent funnel ant infestation. They stand by their warranties and aren't happy until the customer is. This sort of customer satisfaction isn't the norm these days, so it's lovely these guys are keeping it old school. We have also hired their services for pest inspections on new properties and without All Pest we could have made a HUGE mistake on one particular property. You're in safe hands with these guys!

Okay so I've waited a bit before making this review. Two years. I live in a rural area, with a bit of property. So there is going to be spiders galore regardless, which the technician did explain to me. The first year we did have return visitors however All Pest did stick to their guarantee and came and did another spray inside, free of charge. They were very friendly about it too, when I enquired. This second experience was even better. One of our cats, lets just say has a bit of anxiety and a few issues around strangers. However the technician was very polite, patient and understanding. He acted with a high level of professionalism. Even though we do live close to a bit of scrub this second treatment has really worked well I believe. Definitely calling again for a third time. Keep up the good work.

Dean came out to do the inspection and took the time to explain everything to me. We then had Graham and Riley out to do the treatments. They were also awesome! Great guys, very professional and thorough. I have lots of animals around the house and they explained to me how the treatment works and why it is not a danger to the animals. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

From the start this was easy. After an inspection, a date was chosen for the team to come and do our house for black ants. The staff turned up this morning, boots off at the front door, polite, respectful, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. Understood and listened to our concerns for our 2 dogs and 5 back yard chooks. The house treatment was tailored to our house and pets needs. Within the hour there were bugs crawling out from our house that I didn't even know existed !! Thanks guys.

I called all pest solutions in a panic after hearing termites had already entered the house. I was not able to get there and check myself. But they jumped into action straight away and I will made sure I was kept up to date on what was happening and their rectification work. I would definitely recommend them.

Dean came out and did a thorough inspection on our house (4hrs worth) and discovered Termite damage other companies had missed and was all too happy to show me what he'd found.. All good, but there's those tiniest beasts, billions of them under pot plants, which are still around. And we asked (I forgot his name sorry) to come back finishing the job as he couldn't do it cause we just finished painting, which we weren't aware that you can't put those solutions on new paints, very nice of him to tell us that, much appreciated.
